Founded after more than 15 years in residential construction, MMC was created to bring proven field experience, disciplined project management and hands-on leadership directly to the projects and teams that need it.
Why MMC Was Built
After more than 15 years in residential construction, one thing became clear: strong projects depend on strong leadership in the field.
Schedules, budgets and plans matter, but successful execution comes down to preparation, communication, trade coordination and recognizing problems before they become bigger ones.
MMC Build Co. was created to bring that experience directly to builders, investors and homeowners who need knowledgeable construction leadership without necessarily adding another full-time position to their team.
Whether we're managing a project from pre-construction through completion or stepping in to support a specific phase, the objective is the same—bring structure to the process, accountability to the field and confidence to the people behind the project.

Connor brings more than 15 years of residential construction experience in Central Texas, with a background spanning pre-construction planning, site evaluation, community startup and full-cycle construction operations.
His experience includes leading construction across multiple communities, coordinating trades and municipalities, evaluating site and plan constraints, managing schedules and maintaining quality through every major stage of residential construction.
MMC Build Co. was created to apply that experience in a more focused way—providing builders, investors and homeowners with experienced construction leadership where and when they need it.
